Our drafting services work hand in hand with our construction projects, but they can also be utilized independently. Just because we do the drafting does not mean we must do the whole project.

How it Works

Consultation

The first step is to set up a consultation with us. You can do that by calling the Northstar office at 325.374.2433 or filling out the online form found here. During the consultation, Jon will take a look at what project you have in mind. Before he leaves, you will be made aware of the process moving forward and have an idea of when to expect an estimate and set of plans.

Estimate/Plans

After you’ve had the initial consultation, next comes the drafting/estimate. Most of our projects have plans drawn up by one of our draftsmen before they are given an estimate. This helps to ensure we give you the most accurate estimate for your project. Our draftsmen utilize cutting edge software and are able to create everything from a basic set of building plans to 3D walk-throughs and physical models, depending on your level of need. You can learn more about our drafting process here. During this process, you will be in touch with the draftsman to view your plans and to make changes if that needs to be done.

Construction

The final phase is the actual construction/remodeling phase. A Project Manager, who is extremely skilled in managing the detailed order of events that need to take place for your project to be successful, will head things up. You can rest assure that he will keep you informed along the way, schedule meetings with you as needed, and lead his crew through til the end. In all construction projects, there are variables such as weather and distribution that call for some flexibility. Like a piece of art, it often does not all come together until the very end. No worries though! Your Project Manager will handle every last detail.

Do you have a minimum size for a project?
We do NOT have a minimum size for a project.

Do I have to live in San Angelo to work with you?
While the majority of our projects are in San Angelo, we have and are willing to travel within a reasonable distance. When in doubt, give us a call!

How are payments received?
Every two weeks we send out invoices. Once you receive the invoice, we ask that you pay promptly. Our bookkeeper can be reached by email or phone (325.374.2433) if there is any questions.

What type of projects do you do?
We do almost any kind of project you can think of. We’ve done everything from small bathroom remodels to full home renovations; new home construction to commercial building renovations… and so much more!

How are you associated and are you licensed?
We are members of the Better Business Bureau, Home Builders Association of San Angelo and are appropriately licensed and fully insured.
